RED WINES

CHARDONNAY: dry, apple, butter, yeast

CHENIN BLANC: green apples, peach

PINOT GRIGIO: heavy, full-bodied, spicy

SAUVIGNON BLANC: very dry, gooseberry, green flavors

RIESLING: apple, lime, tropical fruits

GEWURRZTRAMINER: aromatic, off dry, perfumed

VIOGNIER: apricot, floral

CABERNET FRANC: medium-bodied, black currant

CABERNET SAUVIGNON: dark, full-bodied, black currant

MERLOT: full, soft, raisins

PINOT NOIR: middleweight, fragrant cherry

SYRAH: dark, tannic, raspberry, pepper and smoke

TEMPRANILLO: strawberry, pepper, vanilla

ZINFANDEL: fruity, blackberry, peppery
