INGREDIENTS 1 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup dark molasses 1/4 cup soy sauce or mushroom soy sauce 1/4 cup water 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves or allspice 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom |
INSTRUCTIONS Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 1 1/2 cups when made with the one cup vinegar. |
