Spinach Tofu                     Dip

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound tofu
3 tablespoons mustard or mayonnaise
1 10 oz package frozen spinach, (or fresh), cooked
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oil
1 dash of pepper
tamari to taste



INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onions and garlic in oil.
Pour into blender,
add remaining ingredients and blend well.

Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
