Meatless           meatballs

INGREDIENTS

2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup soy milk
2 egg substitutes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon sage



INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Add soy milk and egg substitutes to dry mixture and stir until all
ingredients are moist.

On a greased cookie sheet, or piece of aluminum foil, place
teaspoonfuls of mixture, formed into balls.

Place in oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
Turn balls every 30 minutes, to ensure that you do not overcook them.
Makes 24-36 meatless balls.
