Hummus

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons FRESH lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 tsp ground cumin
salt to taste



INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse chick peas.
Puree all ingredients until smooth.
Add your own flavorings to customize-
scallions, red peppers, carrots
- almost anything.
