INGREDIENTS



1 cup vanilla soymilk, chilled
5 ounces soft silken tofu, chilled and cubed
2 cups fresh or frozen fruit
1 tablespoon honey or brown rice syrup, up to 2
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in blender;
process until smooth.
Makes 2 smoothies.

38g Carb.; 0 Chol.; 76mg Sod.; 3g Fiber.
