INGREDIENTS 1 cup vanilla soymilk, chilled 5 ounces soft silken tofu, chilled and cubed 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit 1 tablespoon honey or brown rice syrup, up to 2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
