Coconut Banana                       Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup canned light coconut milk
1 cup vanilla soy milk, chilled
2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 medium banana, sliced and frozen



INSTRUCTIONS
In blender, coconut milk, banana
and apple juice concentrate.
Add soy milk and blend until smooth.
Serve right away.
